The tectonic shift he undergoes upon encountering his life partner is a leap in consciousness, a dramatic shift in awareness. The world, including his view of it and his interaction with it, changes exponentially.

Love ignites that change. Love is the quantum force that instantly delivers us to our higher plane. We are more because of our Love and we are changed on a grand, grand scale. Love is like that, it expands us in all directions. Ourself emanates in all directions.

We often recognize Love as the wind behind us filling our sails, but she is also the force that pulls us through equatorial calms. Like an invisible tractor beam anchored in the future, Love pulls us forward.

Love is no mere Muse. It may sound fantastic, but many now recognize the importance of seeing our future in order to create it. I don’t just mean the basketball player who visualizes the basketball falling through the hoop before he shoots, or the golfer who watches in his mind’s eye the ball rolling into the cup before his putt. I’m talking about people who imagine life goals, actively work, and rehearse achieving their life’s goals over and over in their minds in order to make them real. James Allen talks about transmutation of thought energy into physical objects. Nietzsche might call this The Will to Power. Everything in our world began as a thought. Those who succeed, succeed because they manage their thoughts. It isn’t education or brainpower that separates successful people (among them, Thomas Edison Andrew Carnegie, and Henry Ford enjoyed only several years of schooling combined.) What separates the successful is the ability to focus and train their thoughts.

What’s this got to do with Love? Strengthened in Love, we can better focus and better train our thoughts. Love is the most powerful synergistic force humans can muster. In Love we so connect with another that the connection results in another life. I don’t mean biological progeny; I’m talking about the spiritual offspring created by our union, Ourself. Ourself is beyond you and beyond me. Ourself magnifies our abilities—including our ability to become. Love creates a powerhouse in the Ourself. On a spiritual level it is a nuclear power plant. We can focus, we can achieve, we can become so much more because of Love.
